  • In-App Purchases (IAP): Payment data is processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store your credit card numbers or billing details on our servers.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Ogjerman utilizes AI technology to enhance your learning experience. Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed to provide real-time tutoring. While we use these interactions to improve our service, they are not used to identify you personally outside of the application environment.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to German language courses.
  • Save and sync your learning progress across devices.
  • Manage your Premium subscription status.
  • Improve our AI response accuracy and user experience.

6. Account Deletion & Data Retention

In compliance with Apple's requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time. You can do this directly from the "Settings" menu within the app or by contacting our support team via email.

Upon account deletion, all personal information, learning progress, and AI chat history will be permanently removed from our active databases.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as Firebase (for push notifications) and Apple/Google for subscription management. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
